3. Product Images & Colors
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Minor variations in color or texture are not considered defects.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). MAG Lifestyle reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and discounts at any time without prior notice.
5. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Order confirmation does not guarantee shipment. MAG Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other valid reason.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. For selected orders, MAG Lifestyle may request advance payment before dispatch.
7. Advance Payment Verification
If advance payment is required, our customer support team will contact you with the payment details. After making the payment, you must send the payment screenshot along with your order number on our official WhatsApp. Orders requiring advance payment will only be confirmed after successful payment verification.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed according to our Shipping Policy. Standard delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier operations, weather conditions, government restrictions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Open Parcel Policy
Customers are welcome to open and inspect their parcel at the time of delivery wherever this facility is supported by the courier partner. If you notice any issue with your parcel, please contact our customer support team immediately.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including their full name, mobile number, and shipping address. MAG Lifestyle is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
11. Exchange & Returns
Exchange and return requests are subject to our Exchange & Return Policy. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging where applicable.
12. Intellectual Property
